Title: Antenatal Risk Assessment in Severe Preeclampsia and Its Clinical Significance
Abstract: Objective:To explore the antenatal risk assessment in Severe Preeclampsia and its clinical significance. Methods:Retrospective review of the clinical data of 152 inpatients with severe preeclampsia. All patients were divided into 3 groups according to the amended preeclampsia risk assessment score,71 patients in group A(score≤6),39 patients in group B(6score10)and 42 patients in group C(score≥10).The hospitalized situation, complications and perinatal outcomes were compared among the three groups. Results:The blood pressure, gestational week when admission, gestational week at delivery and the duration of treatment were significantly different among the three groups(P0.01).The incidences of complication, neonatal asphyxia,FGR and perinatal mortality were significantly different among the three groups(P0.01),while when compared with each other, those data in group A and group B showed no obvious difference(P0.05),but the data in group C was significantly different compared with those data in either group A or group B(P0.01).The incidences of neonatal asphyxia,FGR,and perinatal mortality in the group with maternal complications were significantly higher than those in the group without maternal complications(P0.05).Conclusions:The risk score of preeclampsia is higher, the disease is more severe. However, the development of disease is step by step, only when it goes to a certain degree, the prognosis of mother and baby will be affected. So paying attention to the overall risk evaluation has an important impact on the choices of treatment and time to stop pregnancy.
