Title: The Clinical Study for Multiphase Contrast-enhanced Spiral CT Scan and Three-dimensional Reconstruction in Diagnosis of Cervical Cancer
Abstract: Objective: To study the multiphase contrast-enhanced spiral CT scan and three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of cervical carcinoma.Method: Took 53 cases of cervical cancer patients as the object who came to our hospital from Feb.2005 to Oct.2011 and were examined by B ultrasound and three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT,and contrasted two screening results before and after treatment.Result: 10 cases of 53 patients with Ⅱa stage,21 cases with IIb,22 cases above all Ⅲstage,41 patients were coincident with B ultrasound diagnosis, the detection rate was 77.36%;three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT diagnosed 49 cases, the detection rate was 92.45%;There's statistics significance between two method(X 2 = 4.711,P 0.05).Conclusion: Multiphase contrast-enhanced spiral CT scan and three-dimensional reconstruction for cervical cancer is a better noninvasive diagnosis method.
