Title: The value of joint detection of serum CEA,CA_(125),CA_(153) and SF in diagnosis of lung cancer
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical value of measuring the four tumor makers(CEA、CA_(125)、CA_(153)、SF)for diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods These tumor markers in serum were measured with electro-dhemiluminescence immunoassay,ECLIA) in 53 patients with lung cancers 62 benign lung disease and 20 healthy subjects. Results The levels of the markers in lung cancer group were all higher than those of benign lung diseases and healthy subjects(P0.01).The sensitivity of single tumor marker(CEA、CA_(125)、CA_(153)、SF)was58.49%,52.83%,47.17%,62.26% respectively. The sensitivity of combined measurement was 88.68 %. Conclusion Combined measurement of various serum tumor markers can significantly increase the diagnostic sensitivity for lung cancer, and provide useful information for early diagnosis of disease in patients with lung cancer.
