Title: Expanding the Territory of Special Needs Education Services
Abstract: Social Inclusion implies a comprehensive and coherent system of services including preventive, educational, rehabilitative, and occupational interventions for special needs children and their families. Discussed here is the need and strategies to expand inter-disciplinary services with suggestions on how to strengthen the human service sector, to facilitate cooperation between institutions and families, and to shift the emphasis on primary and early intervention for better ecological efficiency of special education in China.
