Abstract: In the early years of the full-scale Anti-Japanese War,Wang Chonghui,as a foreign minister of the Foreign Affair's Office of Nanjing government,took the multi-policy in the foreign activities,including getting in touch with Japan directly;solving the problems peacefully;clarifying the facts;seeking the international support,strengthening the propaganda at home and abroad;enhancing Chinese determinations of anti-war,all of which achieves Little because of the blocking of Japanese government and the appeasing attitude of British and America.But it is right to expose the truth of Japanese invasion to the world and to get sympathy and support from the international society.
