Title: Research on thickness and feeding rule for unilateral double four-way tube hydroforming
Abstract: Unilateral double four-way tube hydroforming technology was considered as the research object,numerical simulation method was utilized to analyze branch height,thickness distribution and feeding for unilateral double four-way tube hydroforming under different loading paths,then,general rule of distribution and feeding for unilateral double four-way tube hydroforming was obtained.Results suggest that feeding of unilateral double four-way tube hydroforming relies mainly on tube outside two branches,feeding of inside tube between two branches is little.Loading path influences much on branches height and outside tube feeding,it influences little on maximum and minimum thickness and inside tube feeding.The inside tube thickness distribution is homogeneous,and thickness dividing line is on outside tube and closes to branch.
