Title: Research on the teaching of the conception of linear space
Abstract: From the viewpoint of psychology and mathematical cognition,the formal definition of linear space and the students′ difficulties in learning this abstract concept was investigated,and some teaching approaches was presented.In particular,the verbal-symbolical-graphical representation of an abstract mathematical concept and the visual teaching technology by using of Maple was proposed in order to facilitate the students′ understanding and consequently enhance this course′s teaching quality.
