Title: Mental Health Status of Artillery Ammunition Testing Personnel and Its Influencing Factor
Abstract: [Objective] To study the mental health status of artillery ammunition testing personnel and its influencing factor.[Methods]SCL-90, SSTS, TSCQ and questionnaire of stress reaction were adopted to conduct study on 227 experimental personnel(study group) and 181 non-experimental personnel (control group).[Results]The scores of stress in the study group(17.31±5.27) were obviously higher than that in the control group(16.25±5.41), the difference was significant(P0.01) Many factors of SCL-90 , including obsessive compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobic anxiety, psychotic factor score, number of positive items and total score, in study group were all higher than those in control group(P0.015). The social sport score between 2 groups had no significant difference. The total score of SCL-90 was positive correlated with stress and negative coping style, and negative correlated with subjective support.[Conclusion]Test environment is involved in the psychological stress factors of experimental personnel. The mental health of non-experimental personnel is better than the experimental personnel. The mental health of experimental personnel is influenced by negative coping style and improved by subjective support.
