Title: Reflections on Supervisory Control over Teaching Quality in Higher Vocational Schools
Abstract: Having realized large-scale compensative increase in higher vocational colleges in recent years, it becomes a core and vital line of developing vocational education to raise the teaching quality. Today, there are still some questions in supervisory control of teaching quality in vocational colleges such as obsolete ideas about teaching quality, being surface and formulization in teaching quality management, narrow range of teaching quality supervisory control, lack of effective measures etc., We, the paper suggests, should pursue an all-round teaching quality management, put stress on the supervisory control over practical teaching links, strengthen the construction of supervising system at department level ,and build up a teaching quality supervising system, taking prompting mechanism as the main one and restriction mechanism the complementary.
