Title: Investigation and analysis of 240 cases of HIV-infected outpatient and hospitalization status in Xinjiang
Abstract: Objective To analyze 240 cases of HIV infection in outpatient and inpatient treatment status in four districts of Xinjiang.Methods Questionnaire survey was taken ina Urumqi,Ili,Kashgar,Hami,240 cases of different gender,ethnicity,age,education level,marital status,mode of infection were compared the diffierences of HIV infection rate of outpatient and inpatient medical care ratio.Results 240 cases of HIV-infected persons of different gender,ethnicity,age,education level,marital status,infection,outpatient and inpatient treatment was not statistically significant,complications occur and HIV testing was the main reason for outpatient and inpatient treatment.Conclusion This study shows that the Xinjiang four districts of 240 cases of people infected with HIV outpatient rate and hospitalization rate,not because of the different gender,ethnicity,culture,infection,marital status,etc.were not significant differences.Mainly because of complications,and had to make the necessary hospitalization and diagnosis.
