Title: Study on the Evolutionary Trend of China's Real Economy since the Reform and Opening-up and Its Influencing Factors
Abstract: This paper makes a comprehensive investigation and analysis on the Space-time evolution,composition and effectiveness of China's real economy using relevant data since Reform and Opening-up.The result shows that since the reform and opening up China's real economy has experienced the process of rapid growth and improvement in efficiency and structure.The real economy remains strongly dominant position in the whole national economy but its proportion of GDP is declining,the virtual economy is rapidly developing for the reason of taking advantage of market-oriented reforms.This article analyzes the main driving force of real economy's evolution from four aspects: institutional change guided by the policy of reform and opening up,technological innovation brought about by technological progress,improvement of human resources pulled by education optimize,capital activity driven by the progress of the financial system.The virtual economy in China plays a positive role in promoting the real economy while it also has a tendency to deviate from the real economy.We must adhere to the development of the real economy,giving priority to the development of the real economy,coordinate the relationship between the real economy and virtual economy to safeguard the sustained,stable development of national economy.
