Title: Technical features of a marine high-density seismic acquisition system with single geophone by streamer and its testing effects
Abstract: The seismic acquisition with a conventional geophone array can not satisfy the needs of high-accuracy seismic prospecting,due to some weaknesses such as interferences within the conventional array.Therefore,the equipments of high-density seismic acquisition with a single geophone have been researched through National Program 863 by CNOOC since 10th Five-Year Plan,successfully resulting in a system of marine high-density seismic acquisition with single geopnone by streamer,and several testings of marine seismic acquisition for this system have led to good effects.In contrast to the conventional-array seismic acquisition,the new acquisition modes such as single-point receiving,short trace spacing and large trace number and some processings such as laboratory digital grouping were used in the system,thus the interferences within an array can be removed,and the noise suppression and the seismic resolution and imaging can be improved,satisfying the needs of marine high-accuracy seismic prospecting.
