Results Pathological changes of graft were observed in all 24 cases; changes were mainly occlusion, 38.2% (26/68), and stenosis, 10.3% (7/68). 24 grafts were totally occluded, and 5 grafts were stenosis. There were 2 cases of occlusion andstenosis respectively in arteriae mammaria interna grafts. Recurrence of angina could be induced by incomplete re-vascularizaion andaggravation of pathological changes in coronary artery. Conclusion Angina may reoccur in patients of CABG, of which pathological changes of grafts may be the chief reason. Proper angiography should be performed on angina of CABG.Read More
