Title: Effects of Electroacupuncture on bFGF of AD Model Rat's Hippocampal Neural Stem Sells and Study Memory Ability
Abstract: Objective: This essay discusses the effects of electroacupuncture on bFGF protein expression of model rats with AD caused byβAP and provides theoretical basis of its protective effect.Method: Divide 40 healthy SD rats into four groups randomly: normal group, sham operation group, model group and electroacupuncture group.Inject a little Aβ1-40 into rats' study memory ability, use immunohistochemistry staining method to test the expression of bFGF positive neuro number. Results: ① Study memory observation: the escape latency of electroacupuncture group is much shorter than that of model group. The swimming time of the rats increase rapidly and the times they cross the original platform increase rapidly(P0.01). ② The investigation of immunohistochemistry: electroacupuncture group rats' bFGF positive neuron number express most strongly, which has a sharp difference with the model group(P0.01).Conclusions: Electroacupuncture treatment can increase the expression of hippocampal neural stem sells bFGF and improve AD rats' study memory ability.
