Title: An empirical study on factors that influence harmonious labor relations during modernization process in China
Abstract: Based on the investigation of 952 valid samples in Guangzhou enterprises,the present research makes an analysis of the factors that influence Guangzhou enterprise harmonious labor relations.According to the results,three factors exert positive influence on the harmony of labor relations,they are the lay-down and implementation of labor contract,the guarantee of employee's interests and the union of labor.Based on this,the author puts forth some suggestions in regard to these three factors.
