[Results]Serum SOD level in exposure group and silicosis group was significantly lower than that in control group, the difference between silicosis group and control group was significant(P0.05).The serum GSH-Px level in silicosis group was significantly higher than that of control group and exposure group(P0.01).The GSH-Px level was positively correlated with the stage of silicosis. [Conclusion]Serum SOD and GSH-Px levels are obviously correlates with silicosis,as well as the severity of silicosis which indicates that the imbalance between oxidation and anti-oxidation system is related with the development of silicosis.Read More
