Title: Transient flow model for water diversion system under pressure of hydropower station
Abstract: A mathematical model is established for transient flow of water diversion under pressure of hydropower station. The simulated results can answer the questions of maximum and minimum water hammer pressure along the pipeline and their fluctuation processes, maximum and minimum surging elevation and their attenuation processes, when system will get steable, water hammer through the well and so on. The model can also be used in optimization of guide blade operation.
