Title: Trends and Development Level of Petroleum Seismic Exploration Technology
Abstract: Under the pull of energy demand and the push forward of modern science and technology development,as the main of petroleum geophysical exploration techniques,seismic exploration technology has become the main driving force for promoting sustainable development and improving the efficiency of petroleum exploration and development industry.The trends of seismic exploration technology for oil and gas are explained briefly from theoretical study,field acquisition,data processing,data interpretation and instrumentation equipment.Based on detailed information and data,the current development level of foreign technologies are discussed one by one including acquisition techniques of seismic exploration(seismic acquisition equipment system,high-precision and high-density seismic acquisition technology,new methods of the seismic acquisition at land and marine),seismic processing techniques(seismic migration imaging technology,seismic data processing software,seismic data processing capacity),seismic interpretation techniques(subtle reservoir prediction,carbonate reservoir prediction,seismic integrated interpretation software),and reservoir geophysical techniques(time-lapse seismic,multi-wave and multi-component seismic,borehole seismic and blind-source seismic technology).Finally,the important role of promoting seismic exploration technological progress is emphasized.New theory,approach and technology on geophysics with Chinese characteristics must be applied for solving the issues of petroleum exploration and production on special Chinese geological conditions.New technology of petroleum exploration and production with Chinese intellectual property rights should be applied for developing the international market.New breakthrough at home and new development at aboard will provide enough oil-gas resource for fast development of Chinese economic construction.
