Title: HPLC determination of hesperidin and baicalin in Xiao'er Runfeizhike oral liquid
Abstract: Objective:To develop an HPLC quantitative method for the determination of hesperidin and baicalin in Xiao'er Runfeizhike oral liquid.Methods:Column C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),0.5% phosphoric acid(include 5% methanol)as mobile phase A,methanol as mobile phase B at flow rate of 1 mL·min-1.Gradient elution:0-45 min,A:90%→60%,B:10%→40%;and monitored at 284 nm.Results:The regress equation for hesperidin was Y=0.05488X+0.01433,r=0.9999 and the linear range was 2.690-33.63 μg·mL-1,The average recovery of hesperidin was 97.2%,RSD 1.1%.The regress equation for baicalin was Y=0.03710X+0.03698,r=0.9999 and the linear range was 7.969-99.61 μg·mL-1,The average recovery of baicalin was 101.3%,RSD 0.60%.Conclusion:This method is simple,time-saving and accurate.It can be used for routine analysis of hesperidin and baicalin in Xiao'er Runfeizhike Koufuye.
