Title: Solubilization effects of three phosphate-solubilizing bacterium on the phosphate rocks PRIV
Abstract: Three typical phosphate-solubilizing bacterial strains,Erwinia.sp.(Y2),Pseudomonas.sp.(Y3) and Serratia.sp.(Y4) were used as tested strains in this research.Extracting,fumigating and heating digesting the culture according to priority after the sand culture and determine the available phosphorus of the extractive.The results indicated that the available phosphorus content of culture after digesting obviously increased,the phosphate solubilizing rate varied from 55.154μg·g-1 to 75.498μg·g-1,Y3and Y4had higher phosphate-solubilizing ability as well as having agood application prospects.
