Title: Characteristics Simulation of Aero-engine Fuel Piston Pump Based on AMESim
Abstract: The kinematics analysis is carried out on an aero-engine fuel piston pump with inclined pistons assembly.First,a piston kinematic equation is established based on coordinate transformation.And then,the piston pump model is established by AMESim.Finally,the effect of the different piston inclination angle or rotor speed performed on the characteristics of kinematic,flow and pressure of the pump are analyzed.The results show that the effect of the piston angle performed on the flow range is less than the rotor speed under the same operating condition,but,the pump with inclined piston has greater piston stroke and fuel delivery and reduces the flow ripple scale reasonably.
