Title: Effects of Curvature Radius and Thickness on the Forming Capability of EFP
Abstract: The effects of curvature radius and thickness of the equal thickness sphere segment on the forming feature of EFP are studied. FEM(Finite Element Method) software is used to simulate the effects of curvature radius and thickness of the equal thickness sphere liner on the forming feature of EFP. According to the simulation results, the curves of EFP′s curvature radius and thickness′s effects on the forming of EFP are plotted, providing the reference base for EFP′s optimization design.
