Now, the building energy efficiency is highlighted by the government and energy-saving standards are improved, the energy efficiency of new buildings has made great progress, but there is still a large number of existing buildings that consumes high energy at the same time, and the problem is more and more pressing, caused by high energy consumption. Based on the research of the energy-efficient retrofitting of the Civil Engineering and Environment faculty building in Ningbo University, which has been granted by the World Bank, this paper presents an energy consumption analysis of the building envelope.Various retrofit measures were expounded and the energy-saving retrofitting strategy of building envelope was proposed as reference for energy-saving retrofitting of public buildings in hot summer and cold winter area.Read More
