Title: Ball-shell Ultrafine Powder Synthesis of Hydrotalcite and Its Characterization
Abstract: The intercalation is prepared to make the phenol anion pillared hydrotalcite,the ball-shell structure is used to treat the surface of inorganic ultra-fine powder hydrotalcite.By the TEM images,the hydrotalcite particle size distribution after uniform surface treatment is more conducive to the inorganic powder dispersion in the organic resin matrix.By DMA characterization,the heat resistance of the ball-the shell structure of hydrotalcite after surface treatment is improved,better than the primary particles,which can be used as a new structural supramolecular self-assembly of functional materials.
