Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of assessment of coronary stent patency by 64 slice spiral CT in patients after coronary stent implanting.Methods:Totally 70 patients(106 stents) were investig...Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of assessment of coronary stent patency by 64 slice spiral CT in patients after coronary stent implanting.Methods:Totally 70 patients(106 stents) were investigated by 64 slice spiral CT.The image quality of stents were evaluated by a five scores scale and coronary lumen diameter.Stent lumen diameter was compared with the vessel diameter proximal of the stents to assess their stent lumen stenosis.Conventional coronary angiography was performed in 70 patients,and 106 stents were evaluated.Results:The image quality was good to excellent.The stent was easy and smooth in 85 cases(80.2%,85/106).The average lumen diameter of stent was(78.3±12.6)%.Conclusion:The 64 slice spiral CT is a useful tool to assess the coronary stent patency.Read More
