Title: The Study of CT Angiography Reconstruction Techniques in Etiological Diagnosis of Subarachnoid Hemorrhage
Abstract: Objective:To investigate the values of different CT angiography reconstruction techniques in etiological diagnosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods:Patients(n=42) with spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage were underwent 64-row multisection CT angiography and different CT angiography reconstruction techniques(including VR,MIP,MPR and VA) were used to analyze vessels. The values of different CT angiography reconstruction techniques in etiological diagnosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage were compared. Results:The diagnostic specificity and sensibility of CT angiography in etiological diagnosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage were as good as DSA.Saccular aneurysms(n=29),dissecting aneurysms(n=1) and AVM(n=3) were found in this study, and 9 cases were negative.VR,MIP combined VA show saccular aneurysms best.MPR and VA show dissecting aneurysms best. And MPR combined VR and MIP show AVM best. Conclusion:Different CT angiography reconstruction techniques show different vascular lesions best.Combined different CT angiography reconstruction techniques could improve the diagnostic specificity and sensibility of CT angiography in etiological diagnosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage.
