Title: Effects of Various Planting Patterns on Soil Acidification in Lhasa
Abstract: In order to understand the effects of different planting patterns on soil acidification in Lhasa, three main planting patterns including grain,open-field vegetable, and greenhouse vegetable are selected to conduct field investigation. Results show that fertilization in vegetable cultivation is significantly more than that in grain land, greenhouse vegetables cultivation calls for the most fertilization. The pH values of surface soil (0-20 cm) show significant differences, the grain land shows the highest pH value while the greenhouse vegetable land shows the lowest.Under high fertilization and flooding irrigation, the soil quality of greenhouse vegetable lands changes significantly. In order to avoid the acceleration of soil acid ification,to reduce nitrogen application and irrigation water become necessary.
