Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the role of three dimensional (3D) digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysm.Methods: In 105 aneurysms,aneurysm shape,aneurysm nec...Objective: To evaluate the role of three dimensional (3D) digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysm.Methods: In 105 aneurysms,aneurysm shape,aneurysm neck,the feasibility of endovascular treatment and the selection of the first coil were analyzed at 2D DSA and 3D DSA.Results: Compared with 2D DSA,3D DSA could clearly depict the aneurysm shape and neck,and 3D DSA could correctly judge the feasibility of endovascular treatment,correctly choose the first coil and judge the degree of embolization.Conclusion: 3D DSA is of great value in endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysm.It can provide valuable information for endovascular treatment that 2D DSA can not provide.Read More
