Title: Mechanical Behavior of TC11 Titanium Alloy during deformation at High Temperature
Abstract: The flow stress evolution of TC11 titanium alloy during deformation at high temperature is studied in the temperature range of 760℃~960℃,strain rate range of 0.001~5.0s~(-1) and deformation degree of 50% on Gleebleo 1500 thermo-mechanical simulator.Based on the analysis of effect of deformation temperature,deformation degree and strain rate on the flow stress,the constitutive relational model of TC11 titanium alloy is obtained by regression of experimental data according to the Arrhenius equation.Thus,an important computational model for numerical simulation of TC11 titanium alloy during deformation at high temperature is provided.
