Title: Brief Analysis on Methods of Generating Fixed Format Documents by Using Excel and Word
Abstract: Currently in office automation using Excel and Word software extensively to deal with relevant business, Excel is mainly used for processing a large amount of information data, while Word is mainly used to generate documents. Sometimes,both of which contain data have relevance, then, cleverly combines the functions of both, using Excel to provide the necessary data for the Word, which can improve the work efficiency, reduce input errors, further play the advantage of office automation.For this purpose, combined with practical examples,explore methods of using Excel and Word to generate fixed format documents.
