Title: Synthesis and Characterization of mesoporous molecular sieve Al-MCM-41
Abstract: Mesoporous molecular sieve Al-MCM-41 is synthesized in a basic medium by hydrothermal crystallization method, using sodium silicate as silicate source, sodium aluminate as aluminium source and cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide as template. The effects of synthesis conditions on the quality of Al-MCM-41 are investigated by X-Ray ,TEM,IR and N2 adsorption-deadsorption .The results show that the mesoporous molecular sieve with good crystallization degree and ordered pore structure can be obtained when pH value is 11~13,the ratio of template to SiO2 is 0.07~0.20,the crystallizing time is 72 h at 120 ℃,the synthesized product is baked for 5 h to 550 ℃ at the heating rate of 2 ℃/min.The result of N2 adsorption-desadsorption shows pore-volume,BET special surface area and mean pore size of Al-MCM-41 are 0.942 cm3/g,1 190 m2/g and 3.16 nm separately.
