Title: Clinical observation of 50 advanced pancreatic cancer patients with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with hyperthermia
Abstract: Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of advanced pancreatic cancer patients with three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy combined with hyperthermia. Methods Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with hyperthermia for treatment of 50 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer patients to our hospital.Less than 5 cm in diameter tumor radiotherapy three times a week, one time 3.8~4.5 Gy,4 weeks a total dose of 45~54 Gy;for tumors larger than 5 cm in diameter, radiation therapy five times a week, one time 2Gy,six weeks a total dose of 60 to 65 Gy,and combining hyperthermia within 1h after radiotherapy for all patients. Results CT detection of review were taken after treatment for 2-3 months, after treatment, the total effective rate was 70.0%;abdominal pain, overall response rate was 100%;jaundice total remission rate of 84.6%.Treatment after two years of follow-up results showed that the survival rate was 60.0%.Conclusions The efficacy of using three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with hyperthermia for the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer is good, and less adverse reactions, good analgesic effect, and is worthy of clinical adoption.
