Title: Effect of Different Phosphorus Levels on Plant Growth and Development of Soybean
Abstract: The experiment results showed that the plant height, root volume, leaves areas, dry weight in root and shoot, phosphorus content, phosphorus uptake and phosphorus use-efficiency were significantly different under the condition of phosphorus levels. Plant phosphorus content and Phosphorus uptakes were increase with increase of phosphorus concentration, but plant phosphorus use-efficiency was reducing. The response of different varieties and growth stages to different phosphorus levels were significantly different. The suited concentration of phosphorus for selecting soybean genotypes with high phosphorus use-efficiency was 125μmol/L and the cultivating time was 3 weeks under solution culture.
