Title: Three-stage Supply Chain Coordination with a Stock-dependent Demand Rate
Abstract: A supply chain coordination problem with a stockdependent demand is considered, where the supply chain is composed of a single manufacturer,a single distributor, and a single retailer.First,in the non-cooperative case,we determine the profits of the various participants and the retailer's the optimal order quantity;then use the revenue-sharing contract to coordinate the supply chain systems so that a coordinated strategy is arrived. The findings show that the model can improve not only the retailer's profit, but also the distributor's and the manufacturer's.Through the research and analysis,we give the effective ranges of the various parameters. Finally,a numerical example is shown.
