Title: Effect of Salvia Ligustrazine Injection on the permeability of blood brain barrier of focal cerebral ischemic-reperfusion injured rats
Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of Salvia Ligustrazine Injection (SLI) on the permeability of blood-brain barri- er (BBB) in rats. Methods: The cerebral artery ischemia-reperfusion model of Wistar rats were prepared by intraluminal middle, and the EB of brain tissue at different time points was determined by using quantitative fluorescence spectrophoto - metric determination.SLI treatment group and saline group were done at the point of the peak of permeability of BBB,and the effect of SLI on the permeability of BBB was observed. Results: EB began to increase 3 h after reperfusion 2 h after ischemia, and reached peak at 24 h.SLI was given to interfere 24 h after reperfusion, the amount of EB of SLI-treatment group was significantly lower than that of saline group (P0.05).Conclusion: SLI can effectively prevent the permeability of BBB,and it shows a protective effect on cerebral local ischemia-reperfusion injury of rats.
