Title: Comparative study on different Ganoderma lucidum strains' fruiting bodies in contents of chemical constituents such as protein and polysaccharide
Abstract: The comparative study on 6 Ganoderma lucidum strains' fruit bodies were carried out in terms of protein and polysaccharide contents,kinds and contents of alditol and monosaccharide,and fingerprints of polysaccharides.The results showed that all the strains' fruit bodies were significantly different in protein and polysaccharide contents and kinds and contents of alditol and monosaccharide,and also obviously different in fingerprints of polysaccharides.The strain D164 had the highest content of protein(14.09%),and the strain D119 was the highest in polysaccharide content(3.09%) and also ranked first in several monosaccharides(glucose,fucose,arabinose and galactose).
