Title: Determination of five components in Compound Qigui Yiqi Granules by RP-HPLC
Abstract: AIM To develop an RP-HPLC method for determining calycosin glucoside,ferulic acid,naringin,hesperidin and neohesperidin in Compound Qigui Yiqi Granules( Astragali Radix,Angelicae sinensis Radix,Aurantii Fructus,Cimicifugae Rhizoma,Chebulae Fructus,Dipsaci Radix). METHODS Kromasil C18( 250 mm × 4. 6mm,5 μm) column was adopted,with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile- methanol- 0. 1% phosphoric acid in gradient elution,at the flow rate of 1. 0 mL / min. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 218 nm. RESULTS The linear ranges of calycosin glucoside,ferulic acid,naringin,hesperidin and neohesperidin were 0. 015 2 ~ 0. 075 9 μg / mL( r = 0. 999 3),0. 012 9 ~ 0. 064 4 μg / mL( r = 0. 999 0),0. 079 30 ~ 0. 396 5 μg / mL( r = 0. 999 6),0. 033 6 ~ 0. 168 μg / mL( r = 0. 999 2),0. 080 8 ~ 0. 404 μg / mL( r =0. 999 4),respectively. The average recoveries were 100. 84%,101. 51%,97. 97%,99. 42%,97. 47%,respectively,and RSD were 2. 0%,1. 6%,1. 5%,2. 5%,1. 5%,respectively. CONCLUTION The method is accurate,convenient and with good precision. It can be used for the determination of the preparation.
