Title: Combined fatigue behavior of low-and-high cycle stresses for FGH95 alloy
Abstract: In order to understand the influence of high cycle vibration stress on the low cycle fatigue test of FGH95 alloy,the combined low-and-high cycle fatigue test and the low cycle fatigue test of FGH95 alloy are carried out.The results show that the low cycle fatigue life of FGH95 decreases obviously after adding high cycle vibration on the process of low cycle fatigue and the higher the high cycle vibration stress is,the more obvious the low cycle fatigue life of FGH95 decreases.When the fracture morphologies are analyzed with stereo-microscopy and macroscopical examination,the results demonstrate that the fracture morphologies are consisted of flat and inclined areas with rough surface and clearly brightness facet.At last,the crack characteristic morphology of different fatigue crack propagating period is investigated using scanning electron microscope(SEM),and the crack characteristic morphology of the same fatigue crack propagating period with different testing conditions is compared.
