Title: Clinical Efficacy Observation on Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease Treated with the Therapy for Benefiting Qi and Activating Blood Circulation
Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on chronic pulmonary heart disease treated with the therapy for benefiting qi and activating blood circulation. Methods One hundred cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,50 cases in each one.The conventional therapeutic program was applied in the two groups, such as maintaining low oxygen uptake, rectifying anoxia, improving aeration, selecting the sensitive antibiotics, reasonable methods for spasmolysis, antiasthma, heart tonics and diuresis. In the treatment group, based on the treatment as the control group,Injection of Carthamin Yellow Sodium Chloride and Yiqi Fumai Injection( Lyophilized) were added. The duration of treatment was 2 weeks. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher significantly than that in the control group, indicating the significant difference statistically( P 0. 05). The results of cardiopulmonary function and arterial blood gas indexes after treatment were all superior to those before treatment in the two groups( P 0. 05 or P 0. 01). The improvements in the treatment group were better significantly than those in the control group( P 0. 05 or P 0. 01). Conclusion The therapy for benefiting qi and activating blood circulation regulates significantly the levels of oxygen partial pressure and partial pressure of carbon dioxide and improves cardiopulmonary function in the patients of chronic pulmonary heart disease.
