Title: Genetic diversity analysis of mustard germplasm based on RAPD and ISSR.
Abstract: Genetic relationships and diversities of 28 mustard (Brassica juncea Coss.) accessions were assessed by RAPD and ISSR markers. High polymorphism was observed among 28 accessions. One hundred and forty polymorphic bands among 162 reproducible DNA bands were amplified by 20 RAPD primers with an average of 7.0 polymorphic bands per primer, and 124 polymorphic bands among 143 reproducible DNA bands were generated by 18 ISSR primers with 6.9 bands on average. Using cluster analysis (UPGMA) based on those polymorphism bands amplified with RAPD and ISSR primers, the 28 accessions were classified into three groups, groupⅠwith 15 accessions, group Ⅱ with 9 accessions, and group Ⅲ with 4 accessions.
