China, as an important member of the organization, is necessary to promote positively the development of the Shanghai Cooperative Organization. To carry out the regional economic cooperation under the Shanghai Cooperative organization frame, in the view of the macroscopic political and economic pattern, is favorable for China to participate in the international regional economic integration, while in the view of the microscopic revenue, is favorable for China to develop new export markets, to balance the domestic economic development, to coordinate the regional economic development, and also to construct a peaceful external environment for the sustainable development of China.
