Abstract:Objective:To understand the significance of serum TK1 level change during chemotherapy of patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.Methods:The serum TK1 levels were detected in 37 patients with non-Hodgki...Objective:To understand the significance of serum TK1 level change during chemotherapy of patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.Methods:The serum TK1 levels were detected in 37 patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma by enhanced chemiluminecence assay before chemotherapy and one day,four weeks after chemotherapy.Results:The changes of serum TK1 levels were significantly different at different stages of treatment(P0.01).Conclusion:Our findings indicate that serum TK1 change might be of great value in evaluating the treatment outcomes and predicting recurrence of patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.Read More
