Title: Influence of edaravone combined with urinary kallidinogenase on blood rheology and function of vascular endothelial cells in acute cerebral infarction
Abstract: Objective:To explore the influence of urinary kallidinogenase combined with edaravone on blood rheology and the function of vascular endothelial cells in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 86patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received edaravone 30mg join saline 100mL,2times/d intravenously, the observation group had combinantion of urinary kallidinogenase 0.15PNA and saline 250mL,1times/d intravenously on the basis of the above. The course was 14days.The rheology indexes and the level of VEGF,NO were measured before and after treatment. Results:After treatment, the rheology indexes were reduced significantly(P0.05)in the observation group;the levels of VEGF and NO in serum were significantly elevated after treatment in two groups. There were significant differences compared with before treatment(P0.05)and the control group in the observation group. There were no significant adverse reactions in patients. Conclusion:It is indicated that compared with edaravone, urinary kallidinogenase combined with edaravone has better efficacy on acute cerebral infarction;they are quite effective to improve rheology indexes and the level of VEGF,NO in serum.
