We can analyze it from three dimensions. First, the idea of property rights originated from the definition of jurisprudence. Second, the property right contains all ideas of the right of ownership. Third, the collective property rights are separated from the right of ownership. In general, Western economics’ theoretical and practical research on property rights is fragmentary, partial and incomplete. There are limitations such as (1) the reliance on the private ownership; (2) the discrimination against the public ownership; (3) the blind spots in the value of the property rights.
