Title: Research on strategies of customer-oriented relationship marketing in the internet environment
Abstract: As a significant discipline of the theory of relationship marketing,customer-oriented relationship marketing has been paid more attention at present.In the paper,firstly,the meaning of customer-oriented relationship marketing is given.Secondly,the influences of Internet for the customer-oriented relationship marketing in the traditional environment are discussed.Finally,the paper points out that the confidence of customers to the enterprises is the premise of the implementation of the strategies of customer-oriented relationship marketing and establishes a series of concrete strategies.
