Title: Optimization of Extraction Technology for Compound Yizhihao Immediate-release Pellets by Orthogonal Test
Abstract: Objective:To optimize extraction technology of compound Yizhihao immediate-release pellets.Method:With composite score of the content of(R,S)-epigoitrin and extract yield as index,water extraction technology of Radix Isatidis and Folium Isatidis were optimized by orthogonal test;With the content of rupestonic acid and extract yield as indexes,ethanol extraction technology of Artemisia rupetris was optimized by orthogonal test.Comparison of optimum extraction technology and original extraction technology was investigated by in vitro antiviral pharmacodynamic test.Result:Optimum extraction technology was as following:Radix Isatidis was soaked for 48 h with 8 times the amount of water,then added Folium Isatidis,extracted 3 times with 0.5 h per time;A.rupetris was extracted 2 times with 8 times the amount of 70% ethanol,1.0 h per time.It showed that antiviral activity of optimized extraction technology was better than original extraction technology by in vitro pharmacodynamic test.Conclusion:This optimized technology was stable and feasible,it could keep effective ingredients better.
