Title: Effects of Different Nitrogen Application Rates on Yield and Component Factors of Rice
Abstract: The yield and component factors of 10 rice varieties were studied under 4 nitrogen fertilization level(0,112.5,225.0,337.5 kg/hm2).The results showed that under the same phosphorus, potassium fertilizer and soil conditions, the yields of 10 rice varieties under 4 nitrogen fertilization levels increased gradually as nitrogen fertilization level increased from 0 kg/hm2 to 112.5 kg/hm2,and then reduced as which increased from 112.5 kg/hm2 to 337.5 kg/hm2.The setting rate reduced along with the increase of nitrogen fertilization, the effective spikes increased of along with the increase of nitrogen fertilization, and the 1000-grain weight showed no significantly change. At the same time, the sensitivity to nitrogen fertilization varied from different rice varieties.
