Title: Tax Policy of Dealing With Financial Crisis
Abstract: In 2008,the Wall Street Crisis of the United States not only spread to the global financial market rapidly,but also spread from virtual economy to real economy.There is a growing risk that the global economy goes into recession.Affected by global financial crisis,the speed of China's economic growth is slowing down,which,together with the cost rise,the profit decline,etc.,has influenced the investment willingness and ability of some enterprises,which constitutes a constraint on growth in consumption.In order to resist against the negative impacts of international economic environment on China,flexible and prudent macroeconomic polices must be adopted to deal with complicated and ever-changing situation.Tax policy is an important lever in regulating and controlling economy.Therefore,under the influence of the present financial crisis,the pertinent tax policies,such as adjusting value-added tax,consumption tax and business tax and establishing a policy of industry-oriented and region-subsidiary multi-tax system,must be introduced to strengthen the important role of regulating and controlling of macro-economy and promote the rapid and stable growth of our country's economy.
