Idiosoma 460 μm long and 333~356 (av. 345) μm wide. Dorsal shield covering all dorsum, reticulate, with 27 pairs of serrated setae, 15 pairs of which very long and stout, the remains short. Sternal shield with bihump-like anterior margin and concave or straight posterior margin, St1 and St2 on the shield, St3 and MSt on cuticle behind the shield. Genital shield with 1 pair of setae. Ventro-anal shield transverse-oval, with 1 pair of preanal setae at antero-lateral angles and 3 perianal setae. Ad situated at level of middle of anus, both Ad and PA shorter than anus. With 3 pairs of short setae on cuticle between genital and ventro-anal shields. Post-ventral setae short and simple. Peritreme reaching to anterior part of idiosoma, peritrematal shields broader. Metapodal shields 1 pair, semicircular. Tectum with a long anterior prong. Fixed digit of chela with 2 or 3 denticles. ♂. Idiosoma 391μm long and 287 μm wide, dorsum as in the female. Sterno-genital shield with 4 pairs of setae, MSt on cuticle lateral to the shield. Ventro-anal shield with 3 pairs of preanal setae and 3 perianal setae. With 1 pair of setae on cuticle between sterno-genital and ventro-anal shields. Spermatodactyl narrow, beyond movable digit of chela. The new species is very similar to Ameroseius magnisetosa Ishikawa, 1972 and Ameroseius denticulatus Gu et Guo, 1997, but in the new species dorsal shield with 15 pairs of long and stout setae, D3 and I1 short; Ameroseius magnisetosa with 16 pairs of long and stout setae on dorsal shield, including D3; Ameroseius denticulatus with 17 pairs of long and stout dorsal setae, including D3 and I1. Holotype: ♀, Longgu Bend (33?45'N, 111?38'E), Luanchuan County, Henan Province, 23-Ⅶ-2002, LIN Jian-zhen, under fallen leaves; Paratypes: 2♀♀, 1♂, Baiyun Mountain (33?49'N, 111?52'E), Songxian County, Henan Province, 22-Ⅶ-2002, LIN Jian-zhen, under fallen leaves; 1 protonymph, Longgu Bend (33?45'N, 111?38'E), Luanchuan County, Henan Province, 23-Ⅶ-2002, LIN Jian-zhen, under fallen leaves.
