Title: Analysis of correlative factors of malignant lymphoma with invasion of bone marrow
Abstract: Objective To investigate the correlative factors of malignant lymphoma with invasion of bone marrow. Methods We collected clinical data of 57 cases malignant lymphoma with invasion of bone marrow, All cases received the first treatment. Results Invasion of bone marrow of malignant lymphoma correlated with age, pathologic types, clinical stagings, invasive regions, with or without constitution symptom, disease course etc of patients. Age of cases under 30 years were prevailing (50%),in pathologic types, types of small lympholeukocyte, diffuse cleaved cell, lymphoblast, large cell were prevailing(95%),in invasive regions, mediastinum and spleen were prevailing(44%,32%),cases with constitution symptom were 63%,means of disease course were 4.5 months. Only 3 cases of 45 cases with invasion of bone marrow(BMI) were found abnormal blood picture in peripheral blood. Conclusion Cases of malignant lymphoma who are with lower age, worse pathologic types, late clinical stagings, invasion of mediastinum and spleen, constitution symptom, long disease course are easy to invade bone marrow, the blood picture in peripheral blood of BMI cases don,t indicate invasion of bone marrow. The routine examination of smear of bone marrow should be performed for correct stagings and guide of clinical treatment.
